Black DOS window keeps comming on and off..

After disabling the Adobe updater on my PC, I would get random black DOS windows that come on and off for <1 second. I haven't noticed any performance decreases, but the random DOS windows that pop up and then minimize 5-6 times a day or so are becoming annoying....does anyone know what I can do to fix the problem?

Does it say anything in the title bar of the window? You might want to check to see what the name of the process is that it opens as.

Malware or a Virus maybe? My GF had a very similar problem a few months ago, had to do a clean install to get rid of it...
