Bizzare router issue

Spontaneously lost my internet and in troubleshooting I discovered that the DNS servers in the router were set to 0.0.0.0, they were previously set to Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) all other settings in the router remained correct. Anybody ever see this?
