We have numerous VM's located in different vlans (hosting for clients), each client get their own vlan to play in.
We recently added a bunch of hosts that have broadcom NIC's in them, and now some VM's on the broadcom based hosts spin up fine, but you can't contact them, but if you edit the machine and move it to a different vlan then move it back (can take upto 3 goes at this) the machine appears and plays ball.
Has anyone else seen this issue (ESX 5.1)
