I have a question is there a way i can CAP my upload speeds? Becuase when i try and play a game and its open i can't even play. If theres way can u help me thanks.

Download that. It's a great client, hides itself in your taskbar, can limit speeds on anything, and lets you see a lot more than the regular BT client.

I use BitTornado, formerly Shadows Experimental client, and it can limit upload rates starting at around 3KB/sec.

lol use netlimited you can cap your upload to 1kb

They force you to upload for a reason, so other people can download it as well. Its common curtesy to not lock your upload speeds because other people are uploading to you (usually).

agreed, my cable provider sucks at school, so i limit my uploading to about half what i download. but i'll keep seeding for a good day or so afterwards to make up for the slow speeds i have.
