Bitspower Silver Fittings

Has anyone used these before? Would 6 of them be an effective solution against bacteria?

I'd like my loop to only use distilled water so I can replace it at any time.

Seems to be the hot topic as of late. Don't want to point any fingers, but I've read that they are effective because they're .999 pure silver plating. Who knows if the plating will wear off or not, and if it does, how quickly. You'd probably only need one in the loop anyways, lol. Or even drop a piece of (clean) silver jewelry in a res or something.

I personally just use pentosin in distilled water and be done with it.

So do they cut down on biologicals or are they just good for looks, when you don't use that gunky additive everybody pushes around here?

Howdy, usually I come across your mark in XS. If you are still able to get to it, could you get me a measurement from that pump/top combo? If so, I just need the height of the assembled pump and top with the inlet port facing upward. You can pm me here or at XS. I humbly thank you
