Does anyone know if the D-plugs lock?

How much torque can they take before the seal is broken?

I'm hanging two radiators vertically, and I'll be running them in parallel with a custom made manifold. Literally, the radiators will clip into the manifold ports using, what I hope, are these D plugs.

Anyone used these fittings before?

from the pictures it does not look like they lock in anyway. You can see most of the fitting and there is no lock. They are made to slip together while assembling a pump and radiator unit, pump and resevoir unit, or 2 sli video cards really close together.

Yeah, I figured as much...

Makes my task a little bit harder, but still not (too) impossible

No, just like the rotary fitting BP sells, they still spin, but they take a lot of pressure to pull apart.

I have one of these and they requires lot of pressure to pull apart (double orings help). I still would not suggest using these if there is any type of side to side pressure.
