I thought those cheap hydro power areas of Washington were becoming unfriendly to the crypto miners!

also only $4,700 a month to house Bitmain mining warehouses in the cheapest electrical utility area in the entirety of the US --- that will power the ASICS that bring in untold fortunes for Bitmain? Somebody is REALLY BAD at negotiating!!!
 
this isn't MOVING anything. Bitmain is a massive company with operations spreading around the globe. They can build out massive "farms" with minimal humans hanging around to keep things running. They can setup small operations anywhere. It is the smart play of not putting all of your eggs in one basket. They can ship equipment back and forth from china, india or hell africa to wherever they want to house cheap repair labor. a system breaks? local guy can just swap it in then when enough pile up send it home for repairs.

I'd work on building things out a bit more modular. socketed "CPU's" and various quick swapping parts. so that only small parts of a machine need to be replaced vs the whole thing.
