At least they are just hijacking the GPU/CPu instead of stealing wallet files... Unless they are doing that too and the creator needs to be waterboarded and shot with gobstoppers from a paintball gun.

This happened with folding aswell.

If you's remember, some team was distributing it along with game cracks.
 
has been going on for a while now. Many of the ddos of the major bitcoin pools were the direct result of banning botnets.
