BIP big enough for chipset,gpu,cpu?

The pump should be fine, but I'd look at either a pair of BIP's or a 2x120mm BIP...especially with that X1900 in the loop.
The 560es in my sig should be putting out a fair bit more heat then your Opty, but regardless, with the cpu/gpu/chipset in my sig it's been recommended multiple times to myself that I go with a pair of BIP's or a BIP2...so I'd definitely think about it if you're serious about this.
If there's no way you're going to fit a BIP2 or a pair of BIP's in your case then you're not going to completely screwed. My last h2O setup consisted of a DangerDen TDX for the cpu, a Maze4 for the GPU, a single 120mm DTek heatercore with a ~80cfm 120x38mm fan, and a fairly small 12v...and I was able to push my 3.4E up to 4.3GHz and voltmod my X800XT-PE and run it artifact free up to 702MHz...obviously not the same as what you'll be working with, just wanted to make sure that you knew that even with a single BIP you'd still be in fairly decent shape.

depends on your noise goals. you can get enough out of a single rad if you move enough air through it.
however, if noise isn't an issue, i'd really wonder why you would choose a 1048 pump, which is really quiet but doesn't perform as well as similarly priced DC offerings like the dangerden D5/swiftechMCP655. a stronger pump will let you get more out of your block and rad, whatever ones you choose to use.
if you are shooting for quiet opperation to complement a 1048, you should be shooting for a triple rad ideally, a double at the least.
have you looked into the swiftech radbox for mounting a double or triple rad, without excessive modding of your case?
just as an aside......i think that you should invest in a decent PSU WAY before you should be looking at a luxury like watercooling. i don't care if it's rated by raidmax for 580 watts, it's still a raidmax, which is to say: to be avoided.

what about a bip2 in the top ... i've seen that done many times with the pc-7s and it looks nice and would probably work much better...

OP: i had a bip1 with an apogee , maze 4 gpu, and D5 pump and it struggled ... i upgraded to a bip3 .. www.directron.com for bip2s and 3s for 29.99 + shipping..

I'd have to measure things out though, because I'm really hardset on having the entire h2O loop located inside the case...and if the BIP2 will fit up top between the PSU and the front panel then I'll go that route for sure.

I had completely forgotten about your Angel, being that it was while ago...but that's just what I needed to see. The only thing is that it will limit my PSU size...so I might end up going with a PC-70(77) so that I have more room to work with. At least with the PC-7077 I could use a BIP3 with ease.
