Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I was just curios what HTT you guys have been able to get out of this board. Im getting an opty 165 that has 9x multi so i was just wondering what I can expect out of this board in terms of overclocking.
-Make sure you post what bios your running
So far 257fsb for me and have tried all three bioses. Not looking good! I am not sure it's a board deficiency, but that Watchdog preventing the board from booting. It will not post with a MHz higher than this.
Guys please include this info, because I am curious if this is due to a weakened board revision:
Edit: I'm currently priming at 310fsb after using the OC utility - smooth as butter to increase. Allowed jump at startup straight from 200fsb -> 300fsb! I would rather not use a utility, but losing 3MB of memory is a worthy tradeoff. 315fsb seemed to be about the max stable before I just put the case fans back on. However, it's cold as snot at my place and I put AS Ceramique on both the northbridge and southbridge cores, so this is probably the high end.
