i been running vista x64with 2gbs of the ram in sig and mobo in sig....and when i added 2gb more for a tottal of 4gb i cant boot back into vista...but i put 3gb it will boot
i have tried all the possilbe combinations with teh differnt dimms and sticks i havent updated the bios since i got the mobo from newegg since dec 05 ..and biostar website doesnt look like any new updates in 2007....thanks
 
i get some boot error when i have 4gb installed saying about signatures and errors..this is one "STATUS:0xc0000428"
 
also how do u flash this? cuz i dont have a floppy drive...
 
Latest version as you cited.. used winflash.. no problems.

I also have the uber Nvidia video thingy majig running too, as the bios update allows it to work.
 
i updated the bios and i still get an error saying something about "checksum" when i have 4gb installed but when i have 2gb i get a normal boot up.....rams are all 1gb sticks of corsair value select 3200...each stick was run through vistas memory tool and have no errors...is there a settigns i need to fix in the bios?
