Best I can seem to do is 270x9. 1.45v to the cpu (in bios). I've tried up to 1.55 and no better. I used a 3x htt multi. The memory is kingstong hyper x pc2700 which I tried running at a 100 divider and still no go. I think this cpu still has alot of juice cause its only running 1.45v right now
 
Does it just not post at that speed? Have you tried the windows overclocking utility?
 
Ok, turned off integrated video and Im at 285x9 stable. Also, my mem bandwidth prob went away. 94% efficiency now
