Bioshock...am I doing something wrong?

Heh, same here. The amount of seemingly endless drivel the Splicers come out with is impossibly tedious. An atmosphere ruiner and repetitive in the extreme

JESUS LOVES ME THIS I KNOW, FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO.
JESUS LOVES ME THIS I KNOW, FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO.
JESUS LOVES ME THIS I KNOW, FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO.
JESUS LOVES ME THIS I KNOW, FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO.

I kinda liked that odd gibberish, added an interesting element to the bizarre people that inhabit the world.

I've never had a game suck me in like Bioshock did/has.

It's that reason alone that I really love the game. The atmosphere is utterly unmatched and I'll forgive all the problems it has.

One personal gripe being shotgun (and most guns) reload SFX playing in the left speaker even though the gun model is on the right. Retarded, how did that get past testing? The 5.1 sound position could be better too, though it's not terrible per se.
