bios wont post sometimes

current setup
3000+ venice at 280x9 with htt at 3
crucial ram 1gb
msn k8n nforce 4 ultra

ok sometimes when i go to boot my pc the bios wont post and ill have to turn off the computer and turn it back on and sometimes it will post and sometimes it wont, how can i go about fixing it. sorry if i left any info you may need out
