Alright guys,

decided to test a bit of a memory stuff, so i went in a changed my fsb to 200 and my multi kept at 11, changed my mem from optimal to agressive and put frequency to 100%. Ok rebooted and saved well. Restarted and it wouldn't boot. That's all fine and dandy went in and tried to change the settings but, when i go into a menu, the screen messes up (red boxes popping up blank where items should be) and when I go to try and save my changes i see no text on a pure red box and my system locks up. Any ideas as to how i can fix this would be greatly appreciated.
