I want to update the bios for my motherboard but i dont know how. I dont know if
THIS Is the right place, and if so, which one do i need. I know i have the AX45-V DDR333 P.4 mother board.

That's the right page. Each one of those files is a different BIOS version, similar to drivers. You can download the old ones if you need to. Newest version is at the top: v 1.10

However, looking at the readme files, it looks like nothing's really changed in the bios except for some CPU support. BIOS flashes are high risk and can end up hosing your box, at least the mb. Generally speaking, if you don't tinker, and everything works, you don't need to flash your bios.

That said, you'll need to boot your computer into DOS, and have a floppy with the bios file and the bios flashing utility on it. Run the command to flash and pray. And that's it. There's also flashers which work from windows, but I'm not sure if your motherboard supports it.

Everything, including instructions should be included in the .zip file you download.

Amen

BIOS versions aren't like video drivers or windows updates. They don't need to be updated to the most current version as new ones are released.

If you box is working the way it is suposed to, don't mess with it.

I totally agree. Don't change your bios unless you have a system problem.
