Hi Everyone,

I recently updated my bios and lost my settings and I have a couple of overclocking questions.

Sorry if they're novice but I would appreciate any help. I've posted my hardware below.

1. What are healthy idle and load temperatures?

2. In my bios, I see a setting for:
SPP<->MCP REF Clock, MHz [300]
What is this and do you have any ballpark numbers for me to use?

3. In my bios the setting for the FSB seems to be:
FSB (QDR), MHz [1500]
Is 1500 crazy for me to run my CPU at (@ 1.36v)?

4. This is really novice, but is it better to enable or disable the System Bios Cache?

5. Finally, does anyone have this MB/CPU combo too or similar and have any advice for BIOS settings or overclocking it?

Thank you for any help.

Sincerely,
Paul
