Bios Problem with Gigabyte 6600GT

I tried to install the Vtuner but It errored out saying it did not detect a Gigabyte Video card. I then thought I would just flash the Bios to the latest version thinking that might be the problem. But when I tried ot flash the Bios I got an error saying something like the card type did not match. I checked the card model and Bios version and got
Model: GV-NX66T128D
Bios: F10D
I could not find any Bios Version on Gigabytes Site with that # the current Bios Version # is F2, I am sure that I downloaded the correct bios and I am useing the flash utility that came with the Bios (GVF15). Is there a differant flash utility I can use to flash the Bios? I got this card used so I am not sure what the original owner had done to the card.
 
So i guess you bought that card of a friend, thats a bad idea. Well i got a gigabyte 6600GT, i installed V-tuner with out a hitch. If your installing V-tuner for ocing, don't bother, because if you were to reboot the comp or shut it off the speed with drop back to stock speed, so just use Riva tuner to OC the card.

Hey, I paid $10 for the Card! The Card works great! I wanted to try out Vtuner not for overclocking, I just used the Coolbits for that, Got it to 575/1150 just with the Detect Optimal option. But it is back to stock speeds. I just wanted to see if the V Tuner had any useful tools in it. And when I couldn't install it I started to investigate.

Nah V-tuner does not have any useful tool, all it does is OC the card, which come back to stock speed after a reboot. Btw Nice OC, mine right now is 550/1215

Ok Cool, But now I have this Bios Mystery to solve still :)
I think I could get the memory alot higher with some Ramsinks, the Memory feels pretty Warm to the touch so I am sure some more cooling couldn't hurt. I am very Video Card limited at the moment, I gained about 400 points in 3dMark05 overclocking the Video Card, I didn't gain anything by overclocking the CPU, I am now running my Athlon 64 3200 winny at 2.25, It is my first stab at overclocking, going to try a little higher later today. Don't want to push it to hard, still have Retail cooling and I don't know alot about what all the settings do yet.
 
I need to know how to force the included flash utility to flash to the F2 Bios, or I need a differant utility that I can use that will force the flash.

Does anyone know what the bios is on this card and why it would be on there?
