I thought I knew all about the settings in mobos about performance, but I have a couple I don't completely understand:
  • Host Bus Fast Data Ready
  • Video BIOS Shadow
  • PCI Latency Timer

I don't know if these are covered in tweak3d or the General Hardware Tweak guide.
The first one is old, I think. I don't know what it does. The manual doesn't say what it does.
The second actually degrades performance. The manual says it basically copies the video BIOS to RAM when enabled, improving performance. But I found it doesn't. Whats happening?
The last one I've done a bit of experimenting with, but what is it, and what is the best setting for it?
I'm stilll trying to squeeze the most out of my system, and was hoping some of you [H]ard people might know :)
Thanks.

Thanks mate, I didn't know that existed! I got heaps of info from there, although nothing about Fast Bus Data Ready. Must be that old. It's alright though, I don't think it improves performance much.
