So i bought new CPU and to make it work i need to update BIOS.

I bought i7-3770s cpu

When i try to update is using foxcon liveupdate is wont work , say BIOS update failed. When i try to update it from flash biosk using pendrive is say "ROM file does not match existing bios size" or "Eror 25 : The host cpu does not have acces to the target flash area"]

Motherboard - H67M-S
Bios - A48F1016

Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

I am rly bad at this stuff :p Where can i check my PCB

Is it this??

Northbridge Intel Sandy Bridge rev. 09
Southbridge Intel H67 rev. B2

I don't know but I expect it would be printed somewhere on the PCB. If it's not then chances are it's an early rev.

Cant find it. Its realy frustrating becouse from what i read the problem is that i have wrong bios witch dont support that new cpu

Flash the Bios with the old processor in place making sure your pendrive is formatted FAT32 (not NTFS) and then shutdown and install the new processor.

They are usually on the top-left corner somewhere, you should be able to see the Rev in white print letters. Keep looking, sometimes it takes me a few minutes of staring to find it b/c they can be easy to overlook. If you don't see anything after a good 5minutes of looking, make sure there are no obstructions of course, you probably have Rev 1.0.
