BIOS flashing question

1. How can I get into BIOS ?

2. then run "Load Optimized Defaults" or "Load Setup Defaults" ?

for DFI lanparty Ultra-D

First off we need to know which motherboard you have. Most likely you need to press delete, insert, F8, F9 or F11 to enter into the bios. If you tell us which board you have it'll be a lot easier for us to help you lol.... :p

DFI lanparty Ultra-D :)
 
I'm pretty sure it's delete to get into the bios, I don't have my dfi yet but my friend has that board and I think that's the key to get you into the bios. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Good luck
