I want to flash my 6800 GTO , i already know the card can run stable at the speeds of an ultra. What i want to know, should i just modify my original GTO bios and flash to that or get a GT Bios file ?

Where can i get the newest bios revision for a GT? I'm currently using 5.40.02.15.03

I suggest you extract your own card's BIOS and then modify it using a program like the OmiExtremeEdit or through hex editing. OmniExtremeEdit makes it extremely easy to modify the BIOS. However, I prefer the hex editing using HexWorkShop.
