Looks like that would be a 320 gig maxtor.
edit: Well I'm not finding the 320 gigger on maxtor's site anywhere, and the only place on pricewatch that has it is upgrade-solution.com, so that seems kinda fishy. Next biggest is 300 gig.

however they are an integrator of external storage, not a manufacturer per se, and there is a considerable amount of speculation as to exactly whats in the box, more than likely its some sort of multiple drive implementation
its probably more accurate to call it an appliance than a HDD
