it looks like someone has got a rubber and smudged everything to the right hand side... there is like lines coming from all the text and the boxes on the screenshot, and like faint shadows beind things, not sure if it shows on ss but :S

Perhaps my eyes aren't what they used to be, but I don't see a problem.

Given the issue you describe and that I can't see it here, I think your monitor is the culprit.

I see no lines or anything smudged. Either I'm blind or it's your monitor.

Only on the right hand side of the screen is effected?

could well be the monitor, whenever I have seen graphical artifacts due to the card, it normally effects the entire screen not one side, would not rule it out though, have you tried re-seating the graphics card, maybe a newer driver release than the one currently being used?

And he did say the problem is not showing in the screen shot, maybe you are blind

OP, can you see the problem in your screenshot from a different monitor? I don't see a problem.
