Big Core temp difference

I'm having issues with a huge core temp difference of around 10*c. I redid the thermal paste thinking it was an issue, but its giving me the exact same results. Any thoughts?

The temperatures seem high to me also. I'm using some old artic silver 5 (2-3 years old?) if that makes any difference.

k, Just the pictures I've seen of screen shots seem to be much closer then mine. 4-6*c is fairly common, but 10-13*c very high.

Overall seems to have little effect on the chip though, right now test 4.7 @ 1.29-1.31v under load and seems stable (only 10 passes of IBT, and 30 minutes of prime). Temps are 82-83*c (68-68 on core0 though) max (room is hot right now, probably 80-83*f, just was playing games for several hours heating up the room).. Temps in prime are 71-72*c (60-61 on core 0)

No CM Hyper 212+. Everything was on auto and voltage was pretty high (1.4v iirc @ 4.4ghz).
