seems like its been on 68% for a long long time now wu is a 6900

restarted it and still seem stuck
should i delete and restart?? all cores and threads are at 100%

How long has it been stuck? You only posted a partial log, so it's not really possible to determine anything from that.
 
And is it still stuck since you restarted the client? Have you tried rebooting the PC? If none of that helps, delete the unit. There's evidently something wrong with it, so there's nothing you can do other than get rid of it and move on to the next one.
