Considering the fact that most AIW 9800 Pros do not come stock with BGA heatsinks installed, I am considering installing a set myself. Which would you all recommend, and (more importantly) have you experience with those you recommend?

I am considering the following:
From FrozenCPU, these.
From 2CoolTek, these.
And (naturally) from Tweakmonster, these.

I'm open to any other heatsinks you might suggest.

i've had no exp with using those but i ask you, how much are u expecting on OCing?
if its not that much then dont waste ur money with ramsinks

if u do plan on OCing a bunch, then go with tweakmonsters they look the coolest

make your own?

Thats what i'd do/did. Get an old socket7 or whatever heatsink and cut it up. A handsaw will work fine.

Any benefit from ram sinks is going to be very nominal.. if you really want to use them either make some yourself out of old sinks or grab some of these from radioshack.. don't spend $20-$25 on tweakmonster rip offs..

The moderator here named UFOKillerz sells great BGA ramsinks for cheap. PM him on availability.
