BFGNF4 Bios Update

Ok have the board listed in the subject. The only issue im having is their BIOS updates are designed for use with floppies. I don't have a floppy drive in my system and would prefer not to have to take one out of another computer as I dont need it. Does anyone know of a way where i can instead get it onto a CD and update the BIOS that way. I mean i could create the floppy on another computer and then take the files off and burn them to CD. But would the BIOS updater be able to read it from the CD?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
