I have read a lot of reviews and information on some PSU and walked across a bfg psu. wanted to ask the more experienced people out there if their psu are any good ??? anybody out there using one can recomend them ? i was thinking about going with a enemax psu but i have a gifcertificate and can use that to buy the 6800 gt + 550 bfg psu and doom 3 package for around 449 before the 100 gift certificate.

well they dont make power supplies
they have slapped their name on someone elses supply
but which one I dont know
but it does seem to be an ATX12V v2.0 supply as it says it has dual +12V rails
(according to the info on the BFG Power Bundle)
a telling lack of information however is any amp ratings for the various rails
its also rated at 115/220 VAC, a wider range of source power is typical of better power supplies
(like 90-264 VAC [PCP&C] or 100-240 VAC [Neopower, Enermax Noisetaker, OCZ Powerstream] )
it means that its "ratings" whatever those actually where, are only good if there is a much more narrow band of AC power stability
