Hi there,
I've recently had the pleasure to purchase a 9600GT, and tried to push the OC to its limits - however they seem to be poorer than what others and reviewers could obtain.
The card is still using a stock cooler, and nothing has been modified.
I was wondering, if any vets here could give some pointers on how to improve OC yields? How much of a role do the PSU, motherboard, CPU, and cooling play in this? Right now I'm stuck at 700/1820/1080 (core/sh/mem); these speeds are what give stable results when benching or gaming. I tried 740 for core, but 1-2 pixels become messed up in Atitool after a while.
Thanks for the help!
