the stock hsf is so loud on this card
 
Yes, it will fit, according to this. Just keep in mind that it will void your warranty. And if you think they'll never know if you just put the stock cooler back before you ship it if you have to RAM it, you're wrong. They may still honor the warranty even if you do change it, or they may not, but they will know.
