BFG 6800OC core/ram OC's!

Hey everyone. I need some help on my 6800OC setup. First I need to know what type of ram this card has. I took the HSF off and the last 2 #'s on the ram is 22. So I guess it's 2.2ns. For some reason I can't this ram passed 780. Hopefully my NVsilencer5 will help me when it comes next week. :) Also I have some rendering probs on HL2. When I use all 16 pipes it has glitches. Even when I use 12 pipes I get some minor glitching. This is the only game that's messed up with 16 pipes. Max Payne2 is smooth. So is Farcry. Could anyone let me know what the ram type is and if my pipes are defective. :( Any info would be greatly appreciated! :D
