BFG 650Watt PSU.

Ok im really needing a new PSU, the OCZ powersteam 600watt is a better quality with ajustable rails.. although, the other OCZ 700watt does kinda have that cheaper tinn can feel to it. with no ajustable rails. although, it has much more power. so which one guys? ill be picking either one up when i get payed

I have a GameXstream 600w running my Opty 148@ 2.5 and 2x 7900GT Superclock SLI without a hitch. Cables are nicely sleeved and the fan is silent. No complaints

Xstream > Powerstream.

Really. You don't really need adjustable rails. They're still very high quality. It's the innards that count.
