BF4 Help!

Installed BF4 ,when launching I get "This Page Can't Be Displayed". Now my BF3 does the same thing. Tried clearing history and cache and deleted Origin install files per tech support. Uninstalled and reinstalled Orign and BF4. All my other stuff works fine. Connected PC directly to modem and still no luck. Did IP release/reset. I can't be the only one with this issue. Thanks
 
I just installed the game. I can't launch it. Can I download the plugin somewhere else? I did not update Punkbuster, I guess I can try that. Will the game launch in a different browser? Thanks
 
As soon as you click Play on the BF4 icon in Origin, it will launch in whatever browser you have set as default. It should also ask you to download and install the plug-in. Do you see the battlelog UI when you click Play? If not then something is preventing you from getting the plug-in.
 
Sounds like something in your browser is jacked. As a quick fix, try setting another browsers as default and trying again. By that I suggest, use IE. Sometimes plugins and extension in Chrome or FF hose the browser experience, IE doesn't have that problem.
 
Thanks, I'm using IE 10 and it won't open the page to prompt me to download the plugin. What if I do the browser reset to factory defaults? Everything else works fine and I hate to screw up something else to play a stupid game, but I guess there's no other way.
 
Hey guys Thanks for the help just wanted to let you know resetting the browser ( without clearing passwords and personal info) WORKED!!!! Dumbass support people don't know s@#$%t
