BF3 Resolution Weirdness

First, I wasn't sure where to put this topic so I'm just going to put it under General Gaming. Sorry if that is wrong.

Anyway, I'm trying to livestream BF3 using XSplit and I'm having some interesting issues. When I used to stream Bad Company 2 I would play in a 1600x900 window and stream like that. When I run BF3 in a window is always comes up in a 1280x720 window, regardless of the resolution that I set it to.

Anyone know about this or how to fix it?
