I noticed that specifically on Seine Crossing and Caspian Border (other maps are mostly fine), I get this odd stutter while turning my soldier. I can be running in a straight line and it will be butter smooth, but the moment I turn all hell breaks loose. The stutter is isn't a microstutter but a full on stutter with multiple frame skips. There's no FPS drops of any sort.
I decided to dig into this, and tried disabling crossfire. Lo and behold, the stuttering and frame skips disappeared. Also I noticed that while using crossfire my CPU used 90-100%, but with crossfire disabled it uses 70-80%. RAM usage also decreases slightly.
I'm wondering if I should wait for some patches/driver updates, or add more ram (some claim it helps...?)
Also this occurs on just 2 maps, which leaves me scratching my head.
Any help, further info on how to solve this would be appreciated, really want to run this game with crossfire
Here's my setup
AMD Phenom II x4 955 @ 3.7Ghz
4GB RAM 1333MHZ
ATI 5850 1GB x2 in crossfire @ 850mhz
