Same. I spent over five hours in the chat que to only be told no advisers available.
 
He has every right to be upset and express his frustration as anybody else.
 
Chill. You don't need to yell at us, we get it you're mad. It sucks, but support is probably getting hammered right now.
 
Oh look, a thread complaining about a beta that EA/DICE were never obligated to provide you with in the first place...

Problem is that they used it as a marketing ploy. "Be part of the action 2 days early. Pre-Order from Origin by 9/25 to receive early access to beta!"

Considering that early-access to the BF3 beta is an advertised feature for pre-ordering BF3LE on Origin, EA/DICE is obligated to provide it.
 
I just got my key now (about 5 mins bac) so i guess it will come in. Keep waiting.

Yeah. Seems their system wasn't ready for the influx of pre-orders.
 
if it makes you feel any better you aren't missing much.

Took me all day to download, took me 45 minutes to actually get IN a game. Once in the game, even on "ultra" settings the game looks and feels like ass.

Bad company 2 looks about 3X better at this point. The colors are all washed out, not a single rich color in site, destructible environment seems non existent, and it feels clunky.

The only way I'm going to feel better if it comes to be that in this beta, they released nothing but low resolution textures, and have the lighting and environmental effects turned off.
