I'm trying to create a co-op game so that my cousin and I can play some BF2 with bots for practice, but I don't know how to get him to connect. I forwarded the ports needed for BF2 TCP(80,4711,29900-29901,1024-1124) and UDP(1024-1124,1500-4999,27900,28910,16567,55123-55125)
but he is still unable to connect. Is there any other procedure I missed to get co-op to work?

Stupid question, but he IS connecting to your external IP, right?

You mean the ip of my server? He connects to whatever ip appears on my loading screen.

He has to connect to the IP specified by something like whatismyip.com, not your internal 192.168.x.x address.
