BF2 Anti-Aliasing

Hello again, i was curious as to what the cheapest card out there is that can do a decent job of anti-aliasing on BF2.

i dont really see much differnce in AA really so any card.

6800 if you set the resolution at 1024x768.

I play 1024x768 2x AA never drops under 50fps

I play BF2 @ 1920x1440 @ 75 refresh rate all maxed out expept soft shadow off and antilassing off. I have a 6800gt, and 2gb ram it plays well, not at a 100fps but enjoyable and smooth enough. I have a FW900 Sony 24in crt so If i can run at higher resolution I will, At that resolution u don't need much antilassing, But u do at lower resolutions since everything is blown up.

I play at 1280x1024, 9800 pro will do 2xAA 4xAF with smooth frame rates, x800 will do 4xAA 8xAF with smooth frame rates.

Im using a 6800GT at 415/1050 running at 1280 x 1024 with 4 x AA/8 x AFon a P4 3ghx with 1.5gig of RAM.

My shadows are set to medium as is the lighting and the framerates are great. Sometime in a jet it stutters but I have yet to try this with the new patch (some people are reporting performance improvements as well as accuracy improvements of weapons).
