I have the newest nvidia graphics drivers and whenever I go to play bf2 or 2142 it shows black and then crashes to desktop.

BF2/2142 crash to desktop w/ 158.19 drivers?

I have the newest nvidia graphics drivers and whenever I go to play bf2 or 2142 it shows black and then crashes to desktop.
The lastest driver is 158.18 if you have the 158.19 it must be a beta driver that why its probly crash.

Might have to delete your BF2142 profile folder in the My Documents folder to reset defaults.

Incorrect. The latest non-beta Vista driver is 158.18
The latest non-beta for WinXP is 97.94. The latest BETA for WinXP is 158.19.

I don't have any crashes with the 158.19 in BF2
