BF BC2 sudden fps drops 5870

I keep getting FPS drops from 100 down to 5-18 just for a second or two randomly. It does not happen often but at least once per round. I was curious if this was a hardware issue or just PB taking screenshots?

Settings are all medium to low with no AA, bloom or hbao.

This is with a 5870 and an Intel 9450 at 3.6 w/ 4gb ram on Vista 64.
