Beyond Good and Evil and 8800GTS?

hey guys, I just pulled out this game because I really wanted to play it, but when I try to get it up and running, it will hit the cut scenes and the sound and video will be completely out of sync, not to mention the graphical anomalies. Is there any way to fix this? I have already patched it, and I have the latest drivers for everything. Please help!

The sync issue probably has to do with CPU throttling. Disable all those options in BIOS and see if it improves. I had the same problem on my laptop. I do remember this took a ton of work to get running properly, and, if I remember right, downgrading to really old drivers. It's Ubisoft being lazy, mostly.

k I have turned off throttling and speed step, and now it is even more out of sync! I have even underclocked it, but it still won't work... please help me!

Read through the Ubisoft forums. Over all, as much as I like the game the PC version is full of problems and obviously rushed, then never fixed.
