Beyerdynamic MMX 300 vs Logitech G35's

Hey I am in the market for a USB headset before BF3 comes out. I am curious if the MMX 300's would be a huge upgrade in audio quality for a game like BF3 over the G35's? Is the 250 extra dollars worth it? Or are they just marginally better? I do not listen to much music just games mostly.

i have had both. the beyers are much cleaner and clearer in sound. however, the usb sound card that comes with it has zero features. just volume control only.

the logitech has dolby headphone which is great for gaming.

of course if u can afford the 300$ beyers, u can throw in an extra 30$ to get a xonar dg.......
