Between a Dimastech or Phobya tech bench

Ok so as the title states, I plan on moving my current system out of my fract r4 and onto a tech station. I plan on using two 360mm rads with a full custom WCing loop. I am most likely going to be running a E-ATX board of some sort supporting 3 gpus. SO far I have narrowed is down between two tech stations both costing roughly 170$ before shipping (price is literally 5$ apart). So my question is does anyone have any experience with either tech station and do they have any thoughts on these two? Also, the DimasTech one is available in the US now. They have a US distributor you have to contact directly. The website isnt up and it is roughly 190$ shipped to my door the other would be around the same from frozencpu

Anyone have any thoughts on eithrr of these benches? Looking for plenty of room and modability
