Better to push or pull air through Radiator?

I am geeting ready to install my water cooling setup and this will be the first one I have done. So which is better to do install the fan to push air through the radiator or to pull it through, or does it not really matter?
 
First try pulling, but if you have a little time, try pushing. For some people (depending on their case/airflow setup) see a degree or so improvement pushing throigh their radiators. It realy doesn't make too much of a difference, so don't lose any sleep over it.
