Better for mouse... USB or PS2

[USMC2Hard4U]

I hear that PS2 offers better refresh and stuff with optical mice is this true?

I always thought USB would be better cuz its newer and faster

On this same note, would putting the USB->PS2 adapter on my MX500 give me the PS2 refresh rates?

usb also takes more cpu usage.

beleive me with the computer technology we have today u won't notice a difference between the two. unless u always need your usb ports, like i do, get ps2. if you don't get whichever is cheaper
