Question.. if I was using a beta bios and they just moved it from beta to final.. the version # changed.. but the build date and details are the same.. should I even bother reflashing?

If the beta is working fine I wouldn't bother.

If it's an MSI BIOS, they usually don't change anything except the version #. The beta and finals are otherwise identical.
