they are all reference design with a the companies sticker on it, you will have to wait until august or so to get the cards with proprietary cooling solutions.

and i suppose i better trust them considering like half the stuff in my comp in made my them

If you don't have one preordered, you're waiting in line behind a few hundred if not a few thousand people. The people that preordered in May are just now recieving them. No, you won't get one in a week.
