I got a Antec 300 I plan on replacing soon and want to sell it, unfortunately there's some spray paint on the side panel (stupid brother...).

What's the best way to remove it without hurting the case?

paint thinner but it possibly might take off the case paint as well.....

or brill-o pads but same thing

Can't really tell the finish when looking @ pics on newegg...

...but you may consider a clay bar. I've used it to get some minor overspray off of my truck.

If it's just a side panel - I think I would just sand it (if needed) and repaint.

clay bar would be my suggestion.....its finish isnt far off from my Antec 1200(if I remember, did a build for a friend with a 300 a year ago i think), anyhow, you may have to retouch up the area you hit with a clay bar, and it should look decent enough to sell I would think

If it's one side, I'd try to match the color of the case and repaint the panel.

You can't touch it up,unless you have the original paint color, if you try to remove it so you will the original paint.

This stuff really works on spray paint. If the base paint is good quality, there should be no colateral damage, but try it on the bottom first to make sure. You can find this at Lowes/Home Depot etc.

Hmm. Will have to stop by Lowes and see if I can pick up a bottle.

It sounds silly but try a little regular old car wax and a rag. With a little elbow grease, you may be able to buff off the spray paint and not harm the original finish.
