best way to overclock

i was just thinking about which way would be the best way to overclock, raising multiplier and lowering fsb, or raising fsb and lowering multiplier. I guess this only applies to athlons, and i also want to know what different ram ratings effect the way to overlcokc
 
Always go for the highest possible FSB speed. It will allow for greater memory bandwidth and offer the best performance increase. With an AMD processor you will always want you RAM to run in-sync with the FSB speed. Relaxing the memory timings and feeding it higher voltage should allow you to push it farther past its rated speed.
